Oscar Jara

I am a PhD candidate in the Industrial Organization group at the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE). Before joining TSE I worked in the Antitrust office and the Telecommunications regulator in Peru.

My research aims at understanding how the geographic coverage of distributors  affects retail price determination in markets where national retailers also cover different geographic markets. Additionally, my research also focuses on understanding the role of market structure and costs in firms product design decision.

I will be on the job market in the fall of 2023.
